Hi, I am Eray! I work on establishing an in-vitro platform to get the best out of enzymes (especially, our beloved fluorinase)!
Role
I believe I am a great addition to the team in terms of delicious food quest. During my Ph.D., I will dedicate myself to introduce more of Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine to our group. I guess I am also responsible for the blinds in the office since the sunlight directly affects me. Thanks to the weather in Copenhagen, this is rarely a problem.
