Hi, I am Stefano and I work as a Postdoctoral researcher. I
am a passionate scientist interested in understanding and
engineering biology to enable a sustainable bio-based economy.
Trivia
Stefano is a die-hard supporter of football club AC
Milan. He has not given up yet on his football career,
which might resume once he will finally get in shape
(never?).
When not in the lab, Stefano loves to keep his mind
busy with overly complicated video games, board games,
history, politics and whatever might seem interesting.
The real reason he moved to Denmark is to eventually
be employed as a designer of Lego Star Wars sets.
