Trivia
Manu became interested in Biotechnology during his
childhood after watching Jurassic Park. When he realized
that it was not possible to resurrect Tyrannosaurus rex,
it was already too late to change his career.
Biofluorination provided an alternative—if slightly less
exciting—way to channel his scientific interests.
He has never been seen practicing any sport, but he
claims that his character in World of Warcraft is a true
athlete.
Manu is a self-defined gourmet (others would say he is
actually a gourmand): he loves seafood, fine wine and
lamprea (a delicatessen introduced in Spain by Napoleon
soldiers). Unfortunately for him, he hates cooking and
survives on frozen pizza most of the time (he learnt how
to defroze it out of pure necessity).
He does not dance. He has been always very specific
about it.
Manu owns a pet snail fed with love and lettuce. He
claims that it is a great source of interesting
anecdotes and adventures, which he is willing to share
over a beer.
After the lab hours, Manu is a skilled wizard from the
Minarian Kingdom, or as we prefer to say, he plays role
games.
His wizard possess an owl. The owl’s name is Roberto.
Apparently this fact is important.
